Sumary of Ecoalf raises its turnover estimates to 60 million euros and will open in Milan in October:
- When we started using recycled cotton in 2014, it was only 20% present in our products, so that was a nice achievement.
- In fact, it uses 100% recycled (and – more importantly – recyclable) cotton for the first time.
- Ecoalf has studied a range in which only 0.03% of the filaments are released with each wash, in which nylon polo shirts, for example, are 97% recyclable.
- Meanwhile, the inauguration of its first single-brand store in Italy, in Milan, designed by Patricia Urquiola and located on an area of 90 square meters in Piazza Gae Aulenti, which will be added to the flagship stores in Berlin, is scheduled for the end of October this year.
