Sumary of Nike terminated cooperation with FC Spartak-Moscow:
Sports outfitter Nike announced the termination of the sponsorship contract with FC Spartak Moscow due to the fact that the club will not be able to participate in European competitions next season.
On Thursday, the club revealed it was looking for a new supplier after Nike pulled out of the deal.
On Friday, Nike told Reuters in a press release that it would no longer equip Spartak due to UEFA’s decision to ban all Russian clubs from European competition.
