  • Skira, headquartered in Milan, employs nearly 45 people for a turnover of more than 15 million euros, said Chargeurs.
  • Vitta Zelman, 75, is still president of Skira and will remain so.

  • The Chargeurs group experienced a contraction in its turnover in its 2021 financial year, which fell in one year from 822 to 736.6 million euros.
